When creating a Scoot Room, the first step is to choose a Room Size and set the desired maximum participant capacity, then click "Apply." Ensure the capacity you set does not go beyond the maximum number of participants on your license.
During room creation, the first step is to determine the size of the room you are adding to your Scootaverse. 
Select a Room Size and adjust tha maximum capacity as desired for your meeting. Then, click "Apply" to apply the new room size to the given room!
Note that your Room Size cannot exceed your license capacity.
