Enter a Scootaverse by logging in or using guest sign-in to join without creating an account. Just click on the invitation link!
Join from a Link
When it's time for the event, hop on a computer and click the link that was shared with you. Be sure the link is opening in Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
If you have been sent a link to a Scootaverse but you do not have an account, you can join as a guest. Guests have limited access to features until they create an account.
If you are already logged in, you will be sent straight to the waiting room where you can verify your audio and video are working properly.
Once you are in, click "Enter Room" to enter.
Joining as a Guest
If you are a guest, joining another user's Scootaverse without an account is as simple as following the invitation link. Once you do this, you'll be prompted to either enter using your desired Display Name or sign in to an existing account. Enter your name and click on the "Continue as Guest" button. You can also click on the Sign-Up button to create an account prior to entering the Room.
Joining on Mobile
You can enter a Scpptaverse from your mobile device using the iOS app if you have an iPhone or using the mobile web browser if you have an Android.
To join a meeting from an iPhone or iPad, download our iOS app from the App Store.
The iOS app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with operating systems 14.0 and later.
You can join as an attendee from your iPhone or iPad by simply tapping the link that was shared with you. If the iOS app is installed, the link will open the app and automatically direct you to the correct room.
If the app is not installed, tapping a room link will take you to our website with a drop down to
download from the App Store. Once you download the app, you will need to tap the link again.
Once in the room, us ethe joystick or tap and hold to move around the room freely, using the mini map as reference to see who else is in the room. Pinch the screen to zoom in and out in order to see as few or as many people at a time as you want. View presentations, chat with other attendees, and enjoy the experience all from the convenience of your mobile device!
